‘After having a really bad back for years and especially at that particular time Aleisha suggested I join her Pilates class, I am so pleased that I took her advice. Aleisha spent a lot of time at the beginning ensuring that breathing was done properly using every part of the lungs. I now use this technique when stressed as it seems to help to keep a clear head. Because of my back problems Aleisha very kindly took me under her wing and spent time with me outside of the classes and concentrated on exercises that were specifically chosen by her that would help alleviate the pain for which I am very grateful.

'It became necessary for me to prepare for a very serious operation in 2012, I had no hesitation in asking Aleisha to take charge of my personal training sessions and quickly came to respect her for her knowledge and expertise, but as well as these attributes, Aleisha has a patience and understanding that make the training sessions a lot easier to cope with, she does not however allow you to slack or take it easy in your sessions but seems to be able to assess exactly how much you are capable of and how far to push you in each session. She prepares well for her sessions and going by the comments made by the fitness trainers at the hospital, she did a good job on me and certainly made my recovery from the operation a lot easier and less stressful.
Aleisha was the perfect choice as my trainer as she also took a keen interest in what was happening to me and was with me every step of the way, with advice and support; given the diversity of her capabilities I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anybody who seriously needed a trainer.'
